Dilusena is a beta version. Updated as the service evolves.
We store the data needed for the service to work: the photos you add, the AI-generated identifications and price estimates, and listing details such as title, description, category, condition and prices. From registered users we also store the email address and an optional name for sign-in.
Guest mode: When you use Dilusena without an account, your items and photos are stored only in your own device's browser (local storage). They are not transferred to our servers and cannot be recovered if you clear your browser data.
Registered user: When you create an account, your items are stored in a secure cloud database and images in private storage. You can access your data from different devices by signing in.
Registered users' images are stored in private storage that only you can access with your own credentials. Images are not shown to other users and are not used in analytics. In guest mode, images never leave your device.
When you analyze an item, the photos you add are sent to an AI service for identification and price estimation. The results are indicative estimates, not guarantees of the correct price or product.
We improve the service by anonymously collecting only the following data: category, estimated value, AI confidence level, sellability score and the feedback answers you give. We do not link these to your identity and do not collect names, emails or images in analytics.
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data. You can delete items directly in the app. To delete your account and related data, contact the address below.
